We understand you want your order delivered as quickly and economically as possible, so we will choose the best and fastest way to ship.

 

If your order hasnt arrived yet, please check your delivery information by:

 

  1. Checking your shipping confirmation email for estimated delivery dates.
  2. Checking your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate.
  3. Checking your shipping emails, and click on the link to our tracking portal and check on the delivery status.

If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and you have still not received the items you bought, please contact us: services@lighting-fun.com

 

Tips: We recommend checking with a neighbour or with your local delivery office before contacting us. In some countries once the package is handed over to the local postal services, you may have an obligation to collect it from a local collection point.

 

What if I dont have a shipping confirmation email?

 

If you haven’t received any email from us after checking out, it’s possible that you accidentally entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please email us: services@lighting-fun.com

 

What if I entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address during checkout?

 

Your complete and accurate address is critical for successful delivery because an inaccurate address will either cause significant delay, or return or loss. Therefore, before shipment, please make sure that your address provided is detailed and correct. The address cannot be amended after shipment.

 

Unfortunately, if you input an incorrect or incomplete address, and you will not be refunded in this event.

 

If the address you provided is still valid albeit not your address: the package may be delivered to that address and it’s your responsibility to recover the goods.

 

What if I want to buy something out of stock?

 

While we make every reasonable effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, but occasionally we are sold out of some items. If we are out of stock on any items you have ordered, we will contact you by email as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.
