Cancellations 

 

Thank you very much for your confidence in us. Generally speaking, once you place an order in lighting-fun.com. It is placed by us as the fulfillment process begins immediately for most orders. However, to protect your right, you can apply to cancel the order before the goods are shipped, except for custom products.

 

If you wish to try to cancel your order please email us services@lighting-fun.com. If it is possible to cancel the order, we will advise you that we have been able to do this and the way of cancellations. If your order has already been shipped and we are not able to cancel it, then you will be required to wait for the delivery and return the goods using the information in the Return Policy.

 

Modifications

 

In most cases it may be possible to make basic modifications to your order, only if it has not yet been shipped by us. Basic modifications would include changing the size or colour of an item, or making a minor update to a delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not feasible to change one item to another where the value is different, or to change the delivery address entirely.

 

Please be advised that it may be possible to modify to your order, only if it has not yet been shipped.

 

If the delivery address you entered was incorrect and you have been unable to update it please email us services@lighting-fun.com as soon as possible before the package shipped.
