Lighting-fun Return Policy

 

  • 45-Day Returns

 

Dear buyer, thank you very much for your trust in us and purchasing our products. We stand behind the products we sell. When you are not satisfied with our products and services, or with any other reasons, you can get help according to the following provisions.

 

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Lighting-fun can be returned within 45 days of purchase, but some of the products cannot be returned, please note in Return Policy Exception. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment(credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exception.

 

Return of Online Purchase

 

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please email us services@lighting-fun.com to get instructions on how to ship back to us.

 

Before email, please note the following:

 

  • Installed products with cut wires or loose parts will be subject to a $50 USD fee.
  • All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials in a saleable condition.
  • The items should be packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
  • You are responsible for covering all charges related to return shipping on orders.
  • If a returned item is being shipped internationally, please mark as “RETURNED GOODS”to avoid the retailer incurring any customs charges on receipt of your return.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. All installed products with cut wires or loose parts will be subject to a $50 USD fee.
  • When you email us, please have your online order number to help us check and give you the best solution for your trouble as soon as possible.
  • All custom products cannot be returned.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee assessed on all returns.

 

For a full refund, you may have to meet these above conditions.

 

Return Policy on Damaged or Faulty Items:

 

Before a customer either accepts delivery or pick-ups the item from the local transportation company, the product(s) should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exist, the client should refuse to take the product(s) into their possession. Once delivery is accepted by a customer, the product(s) may be returned if the damage or faulty items is identified and reported to us by email services@lighting-fun.com within 48 hours of delivery/the time of pick-up from the local transportation company.

 

We will require an image or video showing the damage, fault or incorrect item received to be able to provide the best solution. The most common solutions to resolve issues relating to damage or faulty products are:

  • We may be able to provide a replacement
  • We may offer a discount to keep the products with minor damage

 

Order is Damaged or Missing Parts

 

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, please email Customer Support services@lighting-fun.com within 15 days of delivery for resolution.

 

Refusing Delivery

 

If you do not accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the items or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) any fees and charges incurred by us due to a package being refused may be deducted from your merchandise refund. The same will apply if the tracking states that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection from a postal depot, and that items are not collected or returned to us.

 

Return Policy Exception

 

Some of products cannot be returned, please note the following:

  • Virtual Product, including: Image Restoration
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, e.g. fresh fruit, fresh flowers
  • Products with health protection or hygiene considerations, e.g. make up, underwear, pierced jewellery
  • Audio or video recordings or computer software
  • Product Samples
  • Products ordered and tailored specifically to customer’s requirements or measurements, including: Custom Ceiling Fan Light, Custom Ceiling Fan Downrod, etc.

 

Every customer is precious to us. We are willing to bring you satisfactory shopping experience with high quality products and considerate service. If you are not satisfied with our products and service, please email us services@lighting-fun.com for a solution and the best suggestion. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you help. Returns made without any communication between us will not accepts.

 

Please note the following information:

 

  • All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
  • Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund. Refund will be issued to the same means of payment initially used to purchase the products. It is not possible to refund some bank transfer payment types, such as Multibanco.
  • Refunds usually take between 2-5 business days to show in your account, depending on the payment method used.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee assessed on all returns.
